Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our clear and transparent guidelines regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once the package has been handed over to our courier partner for delivery in Pune or across Maharashtra/India, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the physical nature of our books, returns or free replacements are only accepted under the following conditions: The book arrives physically damaged or torn upon delivery. An incorrect book title or volume was delivered to you. (Note: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof).
3. Refund Processing
Once a return or cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method (via Razorpay). The refunded amount typically reflects in your bank account or UPI handle within 5 to 7 working days.
